For the 55th GIG employee interview, we spoke to director Yu Mizushima. Yui Mizushima: Web director. After studying philosophy at Rikkyo University, she joined GIG as a Special Data new graduate. She works at the GIG/CMS service "LeadGrid", where she designs communication that connects clients and the world. She is passionate about thinking about the essential value of products and services and delivering them to those who need them. The web has no borders. I looked for a job that would allow me to work from the user's perspective, and I ended up becoming a director.




-Please tell us what you studied at university. I studied phenomenology and cognition at the Department of Image-Somatics, Faculty of Contemporary Psychology.  When I entered university, I was confused about which department to choose. I chose the Department of Psychology because I thought that if I was going to study at university, it would be better to study in a field that would teach me how to think, rather than studying practical subjects that I could immediately use.
